In this new reality show, 12 well-known Dutch and Flemish celebrities live together with the Himba community in Namibia. This means the participants must live without modern amenities and adapt to the tribe’s way of life. The participants are judged on their effort and their respect for the culture. The celebrities who are least able to adapt are eliminated. Ultimately, only one participant remains. This person is named an honorary member by the community.

Season 1, Episode 01 –
The 12 celebrities arrive at the Himba community after a journey of more than three days. They have no idea what awaits them, and they are overwhelmed by the tribe’s intense welcome. They soon realize this will be their home for the time being. There is no electricity or running water, only huts and maize porridge. For some, it quickly becomes too much.
