Ainsley Harriott is back in his Christmas kitchen joined by some special celebrity guests, and he is cooking up a real feast to entice and inspire for 2025 – fresh from her Christmas crafting adventures, entrepreneur Sara Davies is stopping by to taste Ainsley’s turkey shawarma with a tempting tahini sprout slaw, zhoug and crispy sumac roasties. Brilliant chef Paul Ainsworth is also here to impress, and he’s rustling up an old favourite with a fresh twist – it’s lime and vanilla rice pudding with Earl Grey tea prunes and Cornish fairings for a little taste of his beloved West Country! Presenter extraordinaire Josie Gibson is also popping into the kitchen to enjoy a slice of the Caribbean with a Christmas-spiced chocolate rum cake with white chocolate ganache and candied orange, and completing the line-up is drinks connoisseur, food writer and bringer of much merriment Jonathan Phang, who serves up a delectable array of tipples to celebrate Christmas and beyond.
